Feedback privacy notice

The form collects the product, message category, and message you choose to provide. A name and reply email are optional.

The information is used to read and respond to feedback, investigate reports, and improve relevant software or services. A reply email is used only when a response is appropriate.

A submission is stored on the Swiftant server and delivered to a Gmail inbox. Google may process that email delivery under its own terms. Submissions remain stored until manually deleted.

An IP address may be processed temporarily for rate limiting and may appear in ordinary web-server security logs. The form does not use advertising trackers or analytics.

Submission content is not sold or used for advertising. It is disclosed only to service providers needed to host the form and deliver its email.
